What this site collects, who else touches it, and how to have it removed. Last updated 25 October 2026.
What we collect
If you fill in the enquiry form, we receive the name, email address, company name, service, budget range and message you entered. Company name and budget range are optional; the rest are needed to reply.
If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp display name and phone number, because WhatsApp shows them to the recipient.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, payment details, identity documents or anything else of that kind through this website.
Why we have it, and how long
We use what you send to answer your enquiry and to carry out any work you subsequently engage us for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes a project, correspondence is kept for as long as we work together and for six years afterwards, which is the period Indian tax and contract records are normally retained for.
Who else handles it
Form delivery is handled by FormSubmit, which receives your submission and forwards it to our inbox. Their retention of submissions is governed by their own policy.
Email is hosted by our email provider, and this website is served by our hosting provider, which keeps standard server access logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.
WhatsApp messages are carried and stored by WhatsApp, owned by Meta, under their terms rather than ours.
That is the complete list. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no lead-enrichment tools.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking, which is why you were not asked to accept any.
If site analytics are enabled, they are cookieless and aggregate — page URL, referrer, country, and browser and device type. Nothing is stored on your device, no identifier is assigned to you, and individual visitors are not profiled or tracked between sites.
Fonts are served from this site's own domain rather than from Google Fonts, so loading a page makes no request to Google and discloses nothing to them.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will action it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking costs nothing.
If you are in the UK or EU, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you these rights along with the right to complain to your data protection authority. If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act gives you equivalent rights and the right to nominate someone to exercise them on your behalf.
Our lawful basis for handling enquiry details is legitimate interest — you contacted us and expect a reply — and, once you engage us, performance of a contract.
Security, honestly stated
The site is served over HTTPS and we keep access to the enquiry inbox limited to the people who need it. We cannot promise that transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, and anyone who tells you otherwise is overstating it.
If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority within the timeframes the applicable law requires.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date below changes with it. We do not quietly broaden what we do with your data and leave the page as it was.
